Pink Lily
Pink lillies blooming in Louisville, Kentucky. The winter was not kind to these plants. Last season there were maybe 8-12 plants now there are just two. I am not sure why so few are left but I think either squirrels or chipmunks were eating them.

Happy Easter
Happy Easter everyone! Here is a picture of an Easter lily I took in the past.
My nephews and I colored eggs yesterday for an Easter egg hunt. Here is my attempt to show them how to make a multiple colored egg. It looks like a rainbow.

This blue one my sister colored which reminds me of the moon surface for some reason.

Calla Lily Blooming
This Calla Lily plant always amazes me because it is not suppose to survive the winter in this region of the country. Every year it seems a little stronger. This season it bloomed with 5 flowers at once and the flowers look robust. Flowers are located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Pink Spotted Lilium
I am not sure the exact name of this flower but it is blooming right now in Louisville, Kentucky. It is some sort of lily or Lilium. I thought it might be an Asiatic wood lily but the pictures I find on the Internet do not match this one. What ever it is, enjoy its beauty.
